DATA PROCESSING LOCATION
The processing of data related to the web services of this site occurs at the operational offices of the Data Controller and is handled only by the Data Controller or, in some cases, by other parties involved in the organization of iamunico.com, or by external parties appointed as Data Processors if necessary.
TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED
-Browsing Data-
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
This information is not collected to be associated with identified subjects, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.
This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of computers used by users who connect to the site, addresses in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.), and other parameters related to the user’s operating system and computer environment.
These data are used only to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning. They are deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes against the site: except for this possibility, the web contact data do not persist for more than seven days.

METHOD OF TREATMENT
Personal data are processed with automated tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected.

Casper Emotion Srl has adopted all the minimum security measures required by law and, inspired by the main international standards, has also adopted additional security measures to minimize risks concerning the confidentiality, availability, and integrity of the personal data collected and processed.
STORAGE TIMES
Data will be retained for the time strictly necessary to fulfill the aforementioned purposes and/or legal obligations, and in any case, no longer than necessary to ascertain, exercise, or defend a right in a judicial setting, in accordance with the legal limitation periods. Except for cases where users provide personal data via email and through the completion of forms present on the site (in this case, reference is made to specific and detailed information), the collected data will be deleted at the end of the session. At the end of the retention period, personal data will be deleted. Therefore, upon expiration, the right to access, delete, rectify, and the right to data portability can no longer be exercised.
SHARING, COMMUNICATION, AND DISSEMINATION OF DATA
Collected data may be transferred or communicated for activities strictly connected and instrumental to the operation of the service, such as system management or for processing carried out by other companies for the same purposes.
